The Amputated Trucker, More life than I thought possible; Chapter one part one.

This is a life story, a compilation of anecdotes, thoughts, ideas and stories. 

The first edition was limited to just 100 signed and numbered copies, and is still available in hard copy.  This blog is excerpts from the second, and has been amended, updated, edited, added to, revised and fiddled about with.  It is to all intents and purposes the same as the first, but materially different as well, intentionally.  It has had a few typos corrected and at least one chapter added, plus a bunch of new stories. The cover has been changed to avoid any confusion. I shall post fresh chunks, like throwing the occasional carcass to the lions, every now and then.
